Lust is not the pursuit towards external recreation or what is in deficiency. The genuine delight and rejoicing is the flow of lust itself. “This kind of delight seems to satisfy itself on its own by meditation. It does not contain any deficiency and impossibility, and not judge itself at a delight-feeling scale. Because it owns this kind of intensity, this kind of delight can be prevented from the saturation and erosion of anxiety, shame and sense of guilt.
